HevDev software apps DO NOT ACCESS, READS, STORES or SHARES any personal user data or any data from the individual device where the application is installed and running.

HevDev software apps are using servers and tools offered by Google, so we recommend that our users know the Privacy Policy declared by this service provider and it's tools.

Further details about the permissions that an app requires are described in the section "Google Play Permissions" (see below).

Google Play Permissions

This section aims to clarify the need of each access permissions requested by the HevDev Thousounds collection of Android applications published on Google Play.

Google Play Permission	Why Thousounds needs it?
NETWORK COMMUNICATION FULL INTERNET ACCESS Allows the app to create network sockets.	Thousounds displays advertising that need to be downloaded from Google AdMob servers. Besides it, Thousounds uses the Google Analytics tool to colect demographic data conforming to Google privacy policies. YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION READ CONTACT DATA Allows the app to read all of the contact (address) data stored on your tablet. Malicious apps may use this to send your data to other people. WRITE CONTACT DATA Allows the app to modify the contact (address) data stored on your tablet. Malicious apps may use this to erase or modify your contact data. Thousounds do not read or acces any contact data available on the device. These permissions are needed to allow Thousounds to add and remove a sound as the calling tone of a registered contact. First permission is used to Thousounds to call the device's contact list in which one can choose the contact to which the sound will be added. The second permission is used to record the sound on the contact register, saving this information in a field reserved to this purpose.
STORAGE MODIFY/DELETE USB STORAGE CONTENTS MODIFY/DELETE SD CARD CONTENTS Allows the app to write to the USB storage. Allows the app to write to the SD card.	Thousounds needs this permission to access the file system to store database, user preferences and sound files that needs to be extracted from app and stored in the devce's internal memory in order to be used as a tone. Note: Android operating system 'names as "SD card" it's internal memory, even if there's no card installed. When there's a card, it's usually named "external memory".
SYSTEM TOOLS MODIFY GLOBAL SYSTEM SETTINGS Allows the app to modify the system's settings data. Malicious apps may corrupt your system's configuration.	Thousounds needs this permission in order to register a sound as one of the device's different types of tones. For example, to change the default ringtone from the device, it need to edit a global setting that defines this feature.
NETWORK COMMUNICATION VIEW NETWORK STATE Allows the app to view the state of all networks.	This permission is needed to allow the use of Google AdMob library provided by Google. Please, take a look at the Google AdMob Privacy Policy.
SYSTEM TOOLS AUTOMATICALLY START AT BOOT Allows the app to have itself started as soon as the system has finished booting. This can make it take longer to start the tablet and allow the app to slow down the overall tablet by always running. Allows the app to have itself started as soon as the system has finished booting. This permission is needed in order to allow app to run a service on the device's booting. This service comes disabled by default and may be enabled to resolve an issue from devices that clears custom sounds after reboot.
